What we Believe

• We believe the Bible to be the Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

• We believe in one God who reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4, 2 Corinthians 13:14, John 1:1)

• We believe Jesus is the Son of God, and Salvation is only possible through repenting of sins and believing in Him. (1 Timothy 3:16; Romans 10:9-10)

• We believe in water baptism by immersion. (Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:38, Romans 6:4)

• We believe the same faith in Christ that saves you can keep you, heal you, and set the captive free. (Luke 4:18)

• We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the manifestation gifts, the five-fold ministry, and end-time revival. (Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:38, Romans 6:4; James 5:7

• We believe in Christ’s personal return in power and great glory. (Acts 1:9-11, Daniel 12:2, Revelation 22:1 -7)

• We believe we were created as eternal beings who will live forever: heaven for those who have accepted Jesus, and hell for those who have not. (Romans 2:6-8; Matthew 25:46; Romans 6:23; 1 Thes. 4:13-18)

• We believe that God wonderfully creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. (Genesis 1:26-27) Rejection of one’s biological gender is a rejection of the image of God within that person.

• We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as stated in Scripture. (Genesis 2:18-24)

• We believe the sanctity of life from conception to natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life. (Psalm 139)
