What we Believe
We believe the Bible to be the Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)
We believe in one God who reveals Himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4, 2 Corinthians 13:14, John 1:1)
We believe Jesus is the Son of God and Salvation is only possible through repenting of sins and believing in Him. (1 Timothy 3:16; Romans 10:9-10)

Serving in the Flow of the River
Pastors J. Howard & Joanne Jones
Lead Pastor
Pastors J. Howard and Joanne have led the River for nearly 40 years. They have a passion for the lost, youth, the wounded, and for other ministers. They are an apostolic voice and anointed visionaries.
Paul McPeek
Executive Pastor
Pastors Paul and Kim McPeek have been serving for over 25 years at The River. Paul leads in the music ministry, financial department and facility management.
Lisa Piper
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Lisa has been on staff for over 20 years. She oversees the ministries under the leadership of the lead pastors. She is a teacher, author, and leads the freedom ministries.
Bernie & Vicki Starr
Pastors of Ministry Development
Pastors Bernie and Vicki lead several ministries as well as develop teams throughout the church. They work with the staff to develop our building, teams, and ministries at The River.
Alan & Kim Menser
Pastoral Care
Kim and Alan are chaplains at area jails and are the leaders of the popular Dying to Self Service. They excel in working with those in addictions and life controlling issues.
Pam Owen
Children's Pastor
Pam has been the children's pastor for over 20 years. Our kids come out of River Kids knowing God! They will learn how to pray, activate their faith and grow!
Darrell & Darlene Dakin
Campus Pastors - Living Waters in Cadiz
Pastors Darrell & Darlene are missionaries to Honduras and pastor the Living Waters Campus. http://www.lwccadiz.com
Lydia Clauss
Hospitality Coordinator
Lydia serves the River in a pastoral care compacity. She is the team lead over the van ministry, as well as an event planner, and coordinates River folks as they transition from guest to active attendee.
